1. What sizes do your jerseys come in?
Our adult jerseys are available in sizes Small through 2XL, covering a wide range of customers. Some modern fan jerseys are also offered in 3XL and 4XL, but retro jerseys are not available in these larger sizes.
Retro jerseys tend to have a slimmer fit, so we recommend sizing up by one size for comfort. If you have a broader build or prefer a looser fit, sizing up is also advised.
- Fan/Retro jerseys: Consider sizing up 1 size.
- Player version jerseys: These are tighter, so we suggest sizing up 2 sizes.
Each jersey has its own unique cut, so sizes may vary slightly. Size charts can be found as the last image on each product page—please check these before placing your order.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. During busy periods (e.g., holidays), shipping may take slightly longer. Delivery times can also vary depending on your location.
3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
4. I’m having trouble tracking my order. What should I do?
Tracking is simple. After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If the tracking info is unclear, we recommend using the tracking link provided for a more detailed, user-friendly update. Simply paste your LZ tracking number into the search bar on the site to see your order’s progress at a glance.
5. Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Yes! We can help with both exchanges and refunds. Please contact us with your order details. Keep in mind:
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
6. How should I care for my jersey?
To keep your jersey in top condition:
- Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Avoid bleach.
- Air-dry to preserve the fabric and print quality.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
8. Are your products eco-friendly?
We’re committed to sustainability. Many items, including hoodies and jackets, are made using recycled materials.

10. What’s the difference between player and fan version jerseys?
- Player version: Slimmer, athletic fit made for professional athletes. Features breathable, lightweight materials, heat-sealed logos, and advanced ventilation for optimal performance.
- Fan version: Designed for everyday wear, with a more relaxed fit and slightly heavier materials for comfort and durability.
Both versions are authentic and high-quality but tailored for different needs.
11. I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
Contact our customer support immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it’s already on its way, the courier may be able to help with rerouting using your tracking number. Double-check your address at checkout to avoid issues.
12. I ordered the wrong size or jersey. What should I do?
Email us right away with your order number and the correct details. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it. If it has already shipped, you can return it following our return/exchange process once it arrives. Always double-check your order to avoid mistakes.
